The TorsoBurner uses the continuous, variable and dynamic resistance of chains to directly strengthen and stabilize your core muscles. Training with the TorsoBurner stimulates the core muscles to fire faster and generate more force which translates directly to more explosive strokes on the tennis court.
The TorsoBurner also makes agility exercises much more intense and efficient by training the specific muscles you use to make quicker pivots and other explosive lateral movements. Instead of running ladders or pre-programmed tracks to "prove" agility, the unique agility training exercises we’ve designed using the TorsoBurner trains you to move your center of gravity more explosively against the unique, continuous and dynamic resistance delivered only by chains.
Just two (2), 25-minute core and agility training sessions per week using the TorsoBurner will not only help you develop a stronger, more explosive core that translates into more powerful strokes, it will also improve your on-court lateral movement, and increase your overall fitness because the energy and effort you’ll expend in a typical TorsoBurner training session is the equivalent of sprinting 50 yards 20 to 30 times! Light
serve speed: < 80 MPH
(juniors, seniors, NTRP 2.0 - 4.0)
Medium
serve speed: 80 - 100 MPH
(tournament players, NTRP 4.0 - 5.5)
Strong
serve speed: > 100 MPH
